Four recycled sterling silver beads representing 'The Four Immeasurables' are strung on natural cotton cord with a sterling silver button closure. The Tibetan vow of The Four Immeasurables encourages us to focus our attention on helping others, emphasizing the importance of Love (Maitri), Compassion (Karuna), Joy (Mudita) and Equanimity (Upeksa).
