A boater hat gives you some of the width of a larger hat but because of the shallow crown, she sits up high and doesn't block your view.  I love to wear this style of hat.  It makes me feel fun but doesn't get in the way when I am talking to people.

This version is made out of a vibrant, raspberry sewn straw.  She is topped with a light tonal rose spray and dotted veiling that encircles the head.  The brim is almost 4" wide, the boater is in between a fascinator and a hat.

The hat stays on your head with a small black elastic that goes under your hair behind the head.
